      The British Airways long-haul business class experience is renowned for its elegant cabins, spacious lie-flat beds and unrivalled service. Now, thanks to an innovative Club World upgrade project that includes a range of exciting new features, it’s even more luxurious than ever.

      Club World: Welcome to a great flight’s sleep

      As part of our upgraded business class experience, we have partnered with The White Company to help bring our customers the best possible sleep in the sky.

      As an iconic British lifestyle brand, The White Company is celebrated for its luxury furnishings, clothing and homeware. Now our customers can enjoy its exceptional quality bedding, which is already available at every Club World seat. They can expect a super-soft woven day blanket with satin trim, as well as a plush duvet that has been specially developed for British Airways.

      New padded mattress toppers and sheets, also from The White Company, provide an extra layer of comfort. In addition, there are brand new pillow cases made from a 230-thread count cotton, providing a silky soft finish that helps encourage a great flight’s sleep.

      Welcome to our most luxurious Club World experience

      Every business class customer also receives an amenity kit containing products from The White Company’s sumptuous Restore & Relax Spa collection, all designed to provide a soothing boost during their flight. The kit includes a soft jersey eye-mask, moisturiser, treatment oil, skin conditioning cream and lip balm. Products are beautifully presented in an elegant new washbag.

      Other Club World enhancements include restaurant-style dining on board, hand-served meals on night flights and an optional breakfast service, as well as newly refurbished lounges across the network.

      Club World London City

      Our exclusively business-class flights between London City and New York offer a distinct experience that cannot be found anywhere else. The direct service includes all the benefits of Club World, including a larger baggage allowance, priority check in and boarding and Fast Track security, as well as a range of extra features to make our customers’ journeys even better.

      Firstly, every Club World London City cabin has just 32 spacious seats spread out across eight rows, providing a more intimate atmosphere than our standard business class cabins. Combined with a personal service by dedicated cabin crew, this brings customers a more bespoke experience.

      On-board luxury

      On every Club World London City flight, customers can unwind in a spacious seat that converts to a fully flat bed, enjoy the latest films and television programmes on their own personal iPad and even use the internet with our OnAir connectivity service.

      On-board gourmet dining includes delicious hot or cold meals, full bar service and even afternoon tea, as well as a range of snacks and treats available on request throughout each flight.

      On the way to New York the aircraft refuels in Ireland, where customers can also pass through US Customs and Immigration. This means they can bypass passport control at New York JFK, saving them time and hassle when they arrive in The Big Apple.
