Lufthansa is the first European network airline to offer Internet access on its entire existing A320-family fleet and therefore on short and medium-haul routes. The Wi-Fi connection will remain active throughout the flight and enable consistent access to the free FlyNet® portal – more or less from ‘gate-to-gate’.
From November 2017 all 31 aircraft of our Airbus A320 fleet will be equipped with Internet and, via their personal mobile devices (laptop, smartphone or tablet), our passengers will be able to access an on-board portal and choose from the following services:
- Wireless Internet access
- Miscellaneous portal applications
Log-ons to the on-board portal are free of charge. Internet access is subject to a fee for all passengers and is calculated per air route.
