      The new non-Schengen KLM Crown Lounge - a destination of its own right.

      After extensive renovations, the non-Schengen KLM Crown Lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol offers intercontinental travellers a whole new level of comfort, catering, service and various digital innovations. In brand-new, impressive interior design, this lounge provides visitors with an extraordinary, customer-centric and memorable experience – a destination in its own right.

      New location and smooth access

      The new lounge is located between E and F piers. Personal lounge assistants welcome you into the house. You can gain quick access by scanning your boarding pass at the self-service machines.

      Five zones of inspiration

      There are five different areas, inspired on the Dutch landscape, each dedicated to suit different customer needs:

      Polder – to work and relax

      This spacious atmosphere is ideal for catching up on work and unwinding at the same time.

      City – to eat and drink

      Here, in the vibrant ‘City’ area, customers can enjoy live cooking and a Heineken Bar.

      Sea - to refresh and recharge

      The Sea offers everything customers need to recharge their batteries during their journey. The area has twenty free showers, which customers can reserve in advance at the lounge’s self-service kiosks. The luxury sleeping cabins offer privacy, tranquility, and comfort – for a fee.

      Dutch Mountain - to be entertained

      The striking Dutch Mountain zone offers visitors a variety of options for working and having fun, from a TV room to a DJ stand for special events.

      Sky - for fine dining and drinking

      This exclusive, original and high-end area is found on the second floor. Here customers can enjoy excellent meals and drinks served in Blue by KLM, a (paid) fine dining restaurant and adjacent bar.

      Service and assistance

      Customers can either ask for help via KLM’s Lounge Guide using their device; use one of KLM’s self-service service machines, or ask one of KLM’s Personal Lounge Assistants
